SHIPPING
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If your order is being sent to a residence, then it will be shipped via US Priority Mail. If it is being shipped to a school or other commercial building, it will mostly likely be shipped via Fedex Ground.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Anywhere from 2-3 days to 2 weeks depending on whether or not items you've ordered are in stock. During the summer months these times may increase.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
At this time our shopping cart is not set up to do this. If you haven't
received your order within two weeks, then you may email rburnette@dgppublishing.com. If your item has shipped, we can provide a number.
ORDERING
IF I AM A SCHOOL OR OTHER TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION OPERATING IN THE STATE OF
GEORGIA , HOW CAN I USE THE SHOPPING CART WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY SALES TAX?
You cannot. You will need to either fax your order or call to place your order.
BILLING
MY SCHOOL/DISTRICT NEEDS A COPY OF AN INVOICE IN ORDER TO PAY THE BILL. HOW CAN I GET A COPY?
All shipments will contain an invoice that you may pay from. However, if the invoice was lost
prior to your needing it please contact rburnette@dgppublishing.com and ask for one. To find
your order we'll need the name of the school the items were sent to, the approximate date the
order was placed, and the approximate dollar amount of the order. You may also provide a
purchase order number as well to help confirm the customer info.
WE NEED A W-9 FORM OR YOUR FEIN NUMBER IN ORDER TO BE SET UP AS A VENDOR IN OUR
SYSTEM. COULD YOU PLEASE SEND ME ONE?
We will certainly send you a form or provide our FEIN number. Please email
rburnette@dgppublishing.com and provide the request in writing, and also provide a fax
number so that we can send you the signed form if need be.
OBTAINING SAMPLE MATERIALS
I HEARD ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS FROM SOMEONE ELSE BUT WOULD LIKE TO SEE A SAMPLE
BEFORE ORDERING. CAN I GET A SAMPLE COPY?
First we would ask that you thoroughly review the scope and sequence pages located on the
website. These will allow you to download sample pages from all grade levels. These in
combination with product descriptions also found on the website should allow you to have a
very good idea of how the various programs work. If you are a language arts coordinator,
administrator, or purchasing agent and would like to receive actual books to review, then
please use the following link to download a sample materials agreement form. (LINK TO ATTACHMENT #1) You can fax the completed form to us @ 706-745-0856. Please note that during our busy
summer months we generally are not able send out samples as our main priority is to fill
customer orders in the most expeditious manner. If you are a teacher, tutor, or parent and
wish to receive a preview copy then please use the following link to download a samples

We understand that sometimes people like to put their hands on things before ordering.
However, please keep in mind that our materials ( teacher guides and workbooks) are relatively
inexpensive, and if you do not feel satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.

RETURNS
I JUST DON'T THINK YOUR PRODUCT IS FOR ME, AND I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT. HOW CAN
I DO THIS?
In the unlikely event you do not believe the item you purchased will benefit you or your
students, then you may return it for a full refund less shipping and handling. Any item returned
must be in "like new" condition and not altered in any way. Any items written on or damaged
cannot be returned. If your items meet these conditions, then please contact us at
rburnette@dgppublishing.com, and we will give you instructions on how to return them.
I WORK IN A BOOKSTORE AND WE ORDER LARGER QUANTITIES OF MATERIALS FROM YOU.
THIS YEAR WE ORDERED MORE BOOKS THAN WE NEEDED AND WE HAVE MATERIALS LEFT
OVER. CAN WE RETURN THEM FOR CREDIT?
No. Effective immediately overstocked materials cannot be returned for credit. However, you may
return them for a refund less shipping and handling. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply to any refunds you receive. If you have any questions about this, please contact

DISCOUNTS
OUR SCHOOL IS GETTING READY TO PLACE AN ORDER, AND WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF WE
ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY DISCOUNTS.
Generally speaking, discounts are given only for "bulk" orders. If you are pricing student
workbooks and you are ordering more than (20) at a time, then you may reduce the price from
$5.95 to $4.99 each.
Any other discounts will have to be determined on a case by case basis. If you would like to
inquire about discounts, please contact rburnette@dgppublishing.com and provide the
description and number of items you are ordering.
