How will my order be shipped?
If your order is being sent to a residence, then it will be shipped via US Priority Mail. If it is being shipped to a school or other commercial building, it will mostly likely be shipped via FedEx Ground.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Anywhere from 2-3 days to 2 weeks depending on whether or not items you've ordered are in stock. During the summer months these times may increase.
Can I track my order?
If you provided your email address when ordering, either USPS or FedEx will send you tracking information when your order ships. You may also email email@example.com and we can provide tracking information after your order ships.
If I am a school or other tax-exempt organization operating in the state of Georgia, how can I use the shopping cart without having to pay sales tax?
The first time your school places an order it will be charged state sales tax. After we receive your ST-5 form (or similar), the tax you paid will be refunded to your card and your account will be marked as tax-exempt for future orders. Please email your tax-exempt documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 706-745-0856.
My school/district needs a copy of an invoice in order to pay the bill. How can I get a copy?
All shipments will contain an invoice that you may pay from. However, if the invoice was lost prior to your needing it please contact email@example.com and ask for one. To find your order we'll need the name of the school the items were sent to, the approximate date the order was placed, and the approximate dollar amount of the order. You may also provide a purchase order number as well to help confirm the customer info.
We need a W-9 form or your FEIN number in order to be set up as a vendor in our system. Could you please send me one?
We will certainly send you a form or provide our FEIN number. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the request in writing, and also provide a fax number so that we can send you the signed form if need be. Alternatively, you may download a form here.
I just don't think your product is for me, and I would like to return it. How can I do this?
In the unlikely event you do not believe the item you purchased will benefit you or your students, then you may return it for a full refund less shipping and handling. Any item returned must be in "like new" condition and not altered in any way. Any items written on or damaged cannot be returned. If your items meet these conditions, then please contact us at email@example.com, and we will give you instructions on how to return them.
I work in a bookstore and we order larger quantities of materials from you. This year we ordered more books than we needed and we have materials left over. Can we return them for credit?
You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain permission to return items. Items returned will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee. There will be no credit issued under any circumstances. Please note that all books returned must be in like new condition. They may not have been written in, damaged, or altered in any way. They may also not be in shrink wrap, or have had bar codes placed on them.
Our school is getting ready to place an order, and we would like to know if we are eligible for any discounts.
Generally speaking, discounts are only given for “bulk” orders. If you are pricing student workbooks, please see the description on the order form to see what the current prices are. If you are ordering more than twenty (20) workbooks of the same grade level or have any other pricing questions, then you may contact email@example.com to see if you are eligible for additional discounts.
